2. H K Associates undertakes product development at different factories to meet the buyer�s requirement for proto & approval samples, sales samples and other samples as per standards and quality parameters. We spend maximum time with manufacturer sharing ideas & guiding them.

3. The merchandising staff regularly visits the factories to ensure the quality of the product and also to ensure timely delivery to the customers. We put special attention on shipment control. In a country like Pakistan, where often unexpected problems crop up, this becomes a very important subject. as part of this control, on the factory side, we try to select good financial standing & good retail export business track record. Good Back up sources wherever possible to be activated in the event of a supply crisis from the key source for all high volume items.

5. Quality control staff conduct in-line and off-line inspections on daily and weekly basis and final inspections are done as per international / buyer�s standards.

6. Exceptionally strong internal systems and procedures for work.

7. Routine Merchandising & Quality Control training sessions are conducted so that our Merchandisers & Quality Control staff can remain updated about the latest developments in their respective areas.

8. Our forwarding agent is responsible for space booking, dispatching and monitoring shipment till they reach the final destination. We have also hired the services of renowned packages company to insure that our shipments are correctly packed and the cartons are not damaged en-route.

9. We have the facility of conducting different types of tests independently. Our laboratory can perform all types of tests as per international standards.

10. We also have the capacity of conducting various types of initial compliance audits like, social compliance audits, CT-PAT audits, & AVE Sector model compliances for our European customers. In addition to this, we can also conduct third party inspections on behalf of customers, on their given/advised quality parameters.
